Our SwimEx flume pool has an adjustable current with a camera system that we use to study stroke technique and efficiency.

Above and underwater video is captured to diagnose mechanical flaws in strokes. Video links that include the technician’s audio and diagram feedback are provided. A stroke diagnostic sheet for each stroke identifies strengths/weaknesses with recommended tips and drills for improvement. Single session appointments are available as are multi-session packs where strokes may be analyzed progressively throughout a season.

Start and turn sessions are also available with the same video feedback and prescription diagnostics.
